“Antarctic Research: Global Impact”

We chose this theme to highlight the impact our research has, both in Antarctica and around the world.

As one of the critical engines of the global climate system, changes in the 'Great White South' are felt around the globe.

The information we gather on the ice is vital to understand how the world is changing. Our research provides information about how change will impact the rest of the world and how we might prepare.

Join Antarctica New Zealand and the Antarctic Science Platform for a jam-packed programme in New Zealand's Gateway City.

The week will feature talks, posters, discussions, workshops to upskill, and plenty of time to connect and reconnect with friends and colleagues.
